Complete Loan Application
After receiving a quote, please complete your loan application with the following ready:
- Last 2 years of tax returns
- Last 4 months of bank statements
- Corporate docs, if applicable, including Operating Agmt (LLC) or Partnership Agmt (LP)
- Copy of most recent subject property survey
- Certificate of hazard insurance, if applicable; ex. flood hazard area
Next Steps
After we receive your application, here’s what you can expect:
- CCL will conduct property due diligence
- Inspection
- Independent lender-approved appraisal from lender-approved appraiser
- Environmental assessment by lender-directed 3rd party, if necessary
- Schedule closing with title company
- We fund and you breathe easy!
